In 2015 Had a talk to the service department about a battery for my bike so me and him had a walk and talk when I looked back I saw a three-wheeler Trinity 125 cc so David show me around the bike and talk me through it I love the bike I put a deposit down and I went on finance. I had a talk to the service manager about buying a top box and a new mirror for my bike and he got me a perfect mirror and the perfect top box and he did it in my budget. On the 8th of October 2015 had a bike crash. I went to the yamaha garage chorley and I told the team what happened they sat me down and they were so supportive. For 7 months I had no bike because I was sorting the insurance out and in May I went back to Yamaha garage chorley to buy another bike and the yamaha team helped me look for a perfect bike and I found one. Went to Yamaha garage to get a new bike jacket and the team helped me find the right jacket and on my budget. I took my bike to Yamaha garage chorley for a bike check the looked at my bike looked after my bike and did it in my price range. Last Wednesday I went to yamaha to get some stuff to clean my bike and David Wilson advised me he even went out and cleaned my bike and I bought the stuff of him. I want to say thank you For everything you done for me helped me through bad times when I had the accident and gave me the best advice you are amazing and also thank you to the rest of the team for the sales and advice and support I'll be making more purchase at chorley yamaha and telling everyone how fantastic the team and the company is once again thank you

The bike I purchased was fully inspected, given a 12 month MOT and a 3 month warranty. Kept me informed throughout. And delivered the bike to my home and collected my px bike. Thanks to all involved. Andy Barnes I first contacted Yamaha Chorley looking for a new bike using their WhatsApp service, where after a few days of conversation I finally decided to purchase a yamaha r6 2017 model they had just got into stock. The bike was immaculate, the service was brilliant with very helpful staff. I further purchased a helmet at a discounted price, full carbon fibre. Up on delivery, I was greeted by a very helpful delivery driver who was a fellow biker himself. From the start of the experience, even to the very end, it was fantastic. I am very pleased and happy with my new bike!!

David Williams 1 review a week agoNEW I Recently travelled over from the Isle Of Man to look at a Tracer 900GT. The team at Chorley yamaha were excellent, especially Greg who dealt with the purchase. The guy is a star, no pressure sales and can’t do enough to help. He even arranged to have me picked up at the ferry terminal and taken to The shop to collect my bike which saved me a lot of hassle. The Bike looked amazing when I collected it, a credit to Greg and Chorley Yamaha. Regardless of the extra costs getting to the UK I’ll definitely be travelling over to get the bike serviced at Chorley. Excellent service and the Bike is amazing, Thanks Chorley Yamaha.

Mick Ollerton sold me the XSR700 I wanted, and he’s been really great and super friendly during the whole process, which was super smooth. Him and John from the spares department sorted the bike with a few equipments I wanted installed (wireless quad lock phone charger, sliders etc..) before I came to collect the motorcycle. I would 100% recommend them if you’re looking to buy your motorcycle, and I will definitely come back there myself for my services/parts I might need. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

We managed to get some fantastic gear sorted for my lad, and even struck lucky on some end of line discounts. All the staff were extremely welcoming and will definitely be visiting again soon to follow up on a bike for me and my lad. With everything that is going on at the moment, we were made to feel comfortable and confident , and definitely no forced sales techniques going on. We got exactly what we needed and at a great price. Thankyou all at chorley yamaha, and will be seeing you all soon.

The salesman Greg was attentive and effective. A satisfactory p/x deal was agreed and the bike was made available for collection the following day. On arrival I was offered a beverage and made to feel most welcome. The bike was waiting outside ready to load on to my trailer and was washed, valeted and looked like new. Highly recommend this dealer and hope to use them again.

Gary Stratton I have to say that Chorley Yamaha was a breath of fresh air to deal with. They are so friendly and down to earth. I dealt with Greg who was very good to deal with. They offered the most fair part exchange value and did not simply go off the book value like most dealers did. They could not have been more fair. Very rare to find dealers like this. Despite them been 1 hour away and me having a local Yamaha dealer on my doorstep I will definitely going back to speak to Greg when I update my bike in few years. Very refreshing experience from start to finish. Great company. ????????
Dougie c Awesome customer service from Mick and the lads in the workshop. Was looking for a Tenere 700 Rally, first company I called I was instantly put off with their lack of interest. Called Chorley, Mick answered and knew straight away this is where I would be buying my bike. Instantly like chatting to an old mate. Service was spot on, plenty contact to keep me up to date, all coupled with an awesome deal. Coming down from Scotland, I asked where the nearest train station was, Mick was straight on it "no worries, just let us know when you arrive and I will come pick you up" Lads in the workshop were great too. Left and came back after 2 miles, needed to adjust the rear brake as it was too high. They dropped what they were doing and got straight on it, even though it was a pain to set the brake light switch, all done with a smile and laugh, even got a free t-shirt out of it, thanks lads (hope the trip to Somerset went well and no altercation's took place in the back of a van!!?) Highly recommend Mick at Chorley Yamaha.

Seamless Experience, Friendly Staff I never thought I would buy a motorcycle online over 200 miles away, without even viewing it in person! This is a testament to the team at Chorley Yamaha. Through their clear communication and speedy response time (Greg in particular), as well as answering any questions I had and providing specific photos of the bike when I asked, I am now awaiting delivery of my new motorcycle within the space of a few days.

I rode to the shop were he took the stand out of the box and got Jack the service mechanic to check it wasn't fouling on the ABS sensor. Absolutely first class service for my first visit. 5 Stars really isn't enough! Mick was an absolute Gent, I'm about as impatient as they come and he did everything I asked and more, to the point I didn't even feel the need to view the bike beforehand. Honestly, I couldn't have wished for a smoother purchase. Well worth the 2 hour journey.

It came advertised with heated grips and on arrival they didn’t work. He swiftly arranged a brand new set for me along with a couple of springs for the exhaust. Paperwork completed, he ran me to my hotel that he'd recommended, and the pub was next door for a meal. I returned this morning as arranged, everything ready for a smooth and relaxing handover despite his being very busy. Nine hours after I left, I've arrived home, nice 303 mile tootle! Everything as arranged, smooth as clockwork, I highly recommend Mick and his surrounding team. 10/10

Mick has to be one of the most friendly and easy going people I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle, he didn’t try to force me into anything, he called me back after I requested a quote and had a pleasant conversation where I felt like I had full control of what I wanted to purchase. Was a very easy transaction for myself and Mick was very honest about what I was getting and when I could pick the bike up ? I would highly recommend anybody looking for their first motorcycle or even a new motorcycle to purchase from Yamaha Chorley as you will feel at ease throughout the whole process ?
